Happy 40th Ben!

Big 4-0 for Ben! 

We had family time on Friday with dinner, games, a slideshow and gifts.

Saturday morning F3 workout with breakfast tacos and donuts

and a progressive dinner with F3 friends and 'happy birthday' sung in the evening!

On his 40th, may he know he means so much to so many people.
