Dinner Time

We just put Lydia in the highchair to see how she fits in it...and pretty well. If she's awake while Mom and Dad are eating, she'll get to sit here or in her bouncer, which you saw she still likes too. And no, she's not eating toys, nor cereal or foods...yet.

Happy Mother's Day

We went up to Sheboygan for Aunt Stacy's bridal shower and Mother's Day. Stacy was pretty in purple and got great gifts.
Lydia got plenty of attention too.
Playtime! Smiles. Cute!

Mommy & Me on Mother's Day.

Our sitter, Niki, likes Lydia and we like Niki. She can always make her smile, and her biggest problem is when Lydia smiles while she's taking a bottle. Obviously the two cannot be done at the same time. I dropped off Lydia for the day, and Niki gave me this for my first Mother's Day! How sweet, and also impressive that she got that hand print!

3 Months Old!

My slyly smiling supported sitter.

After an hour of people doing crazy things at her to make her smile and too many flashes of the camera, little Lydia was tired! This is her off my shoulder.

Changes

Lydia is growing up and changing. She has transitioned from being awake and fussy to being awake and happy, and fussy and clingy before sleeping. On Friday, I thought we could go for a walk since she was refusing to be set down. I set her down in her carrier for two minutes so I could set the stroller up outside on the sidewalk, and she angily cried the whole time. Once the stroller was set, I rushed back in to get her, only to find her sound asleep. Today, she refused to be set down again, so I held her on my shoulder and read to her till she fell asleep.
I'm posting the following pictures because they crack Ben up. Here she is sitting in her froggy sleeper. Ooh...

...and SCARF!...in goes the hand.
Hehe. She's such a chomper.
